Zoya Tsererina is a soloist at the Musa Jalil Tatar State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet. A graduate of the Nizhny Novgorod State Conservatory named after M. I. Glinka, she further refined her artistry under the guidance of Elena Obraztsova, Renata Scotto, and Valentina Levko.
Her international career spans leading European opera houses, including the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, the Deutsche Oper Berlin, Teatro di San Carlo in Naples, theatres in Bonn, Dortmund, Bilbao, and Gothenburg, as well as the Glyndebourne Festival. She has collaborated with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and major European conductors, performing roles such as Turandot, Aida, Tosca, Carmen, Lisa, and Abigaille.
